- EUROPE & Rest of the world (countries not included above): All order shipped to those countries will be shipped by Registered Airmail. Tracking service is available for most countries (France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Singapore, Brazil,... ) Please note, a sign will be required to delivery the package. For most countries, in case of no authorized recipient available, the local post company will leave a notice. You may arrange a re-delivery or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If this item is unclaimed after 15 days then it will be returned to the sender.

Before/After Christmas there use to be up to 3 weeks of delays (Nov 15th to Jan 15th).
Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, we can't solve delivery delays cases, before a period of 30 days, since the package has been sent. Please understand that, once the package is sent, transit times, custom delays, and delivery times are totally beyond our control.

You only need to contact us within 5 days of receiving your package if you wish to return it. To return an item, simply send the item in good condition / unused, back to us at your expense.
